Is this getting harder in Act 2 and 3, because currently I find it pretty much underwhelming. I started the game on this difficulty, so I have no comparision to normal mode, but currently I´m at the point where I want to skip combat all together because it´s kinda tedious and boring.

Don´t get me wrong. I don´t want this to be like Pathfinder WotR where you go miss, miss, miss... nobody wants to see that. But at least give the enemies a chance to hit back once smile

Here is a video I just did. I don´t have special builds or be an expert in DnD. I read the skills on the fly as i go and made no pre buffing. What you see is Laezel is kinda solo-ing the boss, while my Light Cleric is kinda solo-ing the adds, wyll is bored and Shadowheart is doing some nonesense.

Please tell me this game gets harder later on.

Well, for context keep in mind we already had threads with people complaining that STORY MODE was "still too hard".

Personally I'm fine with tactician. At no point I felt like the game was being either too hard "just for the sake of it" (something that happened more than once with WOTR at Core and above) nor I ever felt it got easy to the point where I was not having fun during the battles.
Admittedly, though, the boss at the end of Act 2 got slapped pretty hard with very few chances to hit back.


Party control in Baldur's Gate 3 is a complete mess that begs to be addressed. SAY NO TO THE TOILET CHAIN
