Greetings,
I was told to get Olaf a blue flask but I can't find it.
Actually I have a "blue flask" on me (which I found at the level
whereby I killed the spider to get its tooth)but it doesn't seem
to trigger any respond from Olaf, please help.

Try moving the item in your inventory and see if it updates the quest log, then talk to Olaf again.

if it is a battlefield quest, then you will have to find the item in level 3 of any battlefield dungeon. Olaf is one of the merchants in the battlefields. is the Olaf you are speaking of the same Olaf?

the blue flask you mention is only a standard blue flask which apparently has no function and must be dragged and dropped into inventory. however, when trading you will notice that it can be sold for a meager amount of gold.
