ever since a while ago my MC has a constant blood splatter effect on her clothes that NEVER goes away, i've tried short and long resting, walking into and jumping into water, throwing water bottles on self and the druid create water spell, nothing works

has anyone had a similar issue and maybe know of a fix? verifying game file and reinstalling did nothing
