I had encountered an issue where I get disadvantage on ranged attacks. Usually the game tells me why I get advantage or dis, but instead if just says "Tactician mode" on the reason as in this screenshot

Any ideas as to the cause of the disadvantage?
EDIT: inspecting the enemy shows they have a feature called mind-reader that gives all ranged attacks disadvantage.
Still, I guess the "difficulty tactician" is a mislabel.
