Hello dear community and developer team

I have my character as a tank in the group with shield combat and defensively designed.
I'm not quite there yet with the character, level 5, but I haven't gotten any shield styles at all yet, like blocking, shield punching, or anything like that, even though I'm wearing a shield.
Did they forget about that, and if so, could you possibly include some more of those shield fighting skills for such a character, or do they come later in the game?
Have also been sticking to the shield skills so far in skilling, but couldn't make out any shield styles. I chose Warrior and took Champion as my specialization.

I hope that there is still something to come, so that I can feel like a real shield character, who also fights with it and hides behind it, etc;)

In 5e, the Shield Master feat gives you Shield Bash which is a Bonus Action Shove. But since they decided to give BA Shove to everyone, they removed it from SM.

They could have at least given Shield Masters an upgraded version, but no.

Another thing they left out from the rules is Dodge Action, which synergizes with the higher AC from a shield if you want to go 100% defense.

Later in BG3 you find shields that give you a Reaction from the shield itself.
