As of my own testing, Bind Pact weapon does not gain second-attack nor does it gain the benefits of charisma to damage [looking at the logs it still uses my strength as my primary modifier]. It is also nonesense that Pact weapon and Pact of the chain are broken and loosing the benefits of their charisma-to-damage after a long rest, or sometimes in the case of Pact of the Chain, after a single hit with the imp. sometimes do not even get their second attack. Not sure how such a thing could even get past Q/A, as it is broken at a fundamental level. You should fix this asap, as many warlocks are running around in act 2 with a 10-15% hit chance.
