Fresh Kindle for the Fire - this inspiration is now given to players with The Dark Urge background after they stomp on the Illithid's head at the beginning of the game. I didn't notice this at first, but after some testing and problem-seeking (and google confirming my suspicions), I found that the Illithid at the start of the game is what triggers this inspiration. What happens next? I understand that bugs CAN and WILL be present in the game post-release, and that's not a problem. But I would like to have a more or less clean save, so I have a couple of questions:
1. If there's a fix, will it address the existing problem on characters, or will it only work for a new game?
2. If the fix will affect existing games, then the second question follows - should anything be triggered when stomping the Illithid's head, or will this inspiration simply be removed from characters who have saved Benryn?
