Surface effects like blood and puddles causes serious FPS drops. I found this problem after patch (4.1.1.3630146). That has a cumulative effect: more water/blood = lower fps. I am absolutely sure - early access did not have this trouble. Changing graphics settings does not work here - FPS drops the same for all settings. Automatically configured graphics settings - ultra.
(system info: DX11, SSD, os windows 10, i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz, GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER, 32 Gb DDR4 RAM)
PS: on Vulcan the same FPS drop.
