I've experienced this in 2 fights so far: the Act I Harpy fight and the goblins in the tunnel.

Harpy fight: Astarion was in Hidden mode when the fight started. He rolled a low initiative score, so his turn was further down in the turn order.
A couple harpies make their move, I notice that Astarion passes a couple of HIde checks and remains in stealth. Then it's one of my other character's turn.
At this point the game is idle, waiting for my input, but Astarion keeps rolling a hide check every 6 seconds, which is one turn's equivalent in real time, until he eventually gets put out of stealth. Both Astarion and the harpy were in combat at that moment. Astarion was in the Harpy's field of view (red area).

Same thing in the tunnel under the Grove: Sazza has hide, but she's in view of the sharp eye goblin lady and it keeps prompting her to roll Hide checks every 6 seconds during one of my other character's turn. I check the combat log spam and every roll is a different number, all against the same 1 goblin enemy. I let my turn drag out forever just to see if it eventually stops, it kept rolling hide checks for a minute, I then alt tabbed to check this forum if anyone else experienced something similar, by the time I got back to the game it looked like it stopped.

Everyone is in combat in both scenarios, this is not happening because the hidden character got separated and they are still moving around in real-time mode out of combat. We can exclude that hypothesis.

Another strange thing that happened: when I dropped from the gap in the roof down in to the storage area at the groove, Pandirna, the paralyzed Thiefling lady, will not give me time to respond. The sequence of events is the following:

1. Drop from the roof, land on box, box breaks
2. Dialogue cutscene automatically triggers, Pandirna yells her "get out" line
3. Dialogue selection menu appears on screen
4. Before I can select any reply, it automatically progresses to the 2nd cutscene where she warns me to get out
5. Cutscene ends, then instantly triggers the 3rd scene where she loses her patience and calls the guards.

If looks to me like these issues are both related, as the game is not pausing real time event progression during the player's turn in combat or in dialogue.
