I don’t think it’s really a spoiler, but some people are way more vigilant (or paranoid) about spoilers than others.

So it is Balthazar. The first time after the cutscene, one of his giant undead immediately pushed my Tav sorcerer off the cliff to his death. Hell no.

Reload.

This time, everybody just snuck up behind him.

Tav Monk applies stunning strike
Go into turn based mode
Karlach hits with a Searing Smite
Wyll hits with a Searing Smite (Paladin dipped)
Tav Sorcerer hits with 2 level 4 quickened Magic Missiles

I love this game. It gets me.

Huh. I got my main punted off the edge, reload, and Balth went right next to the edge. His turn to fly.

My fave though was much later, Gortash with his grenades. I got free actions to pick them up and throw them.

I do love that this game allows us to cheese like this. The fact that I could stunning strike him to prevent the cinematic and him spawning a small army is just aces.
