Reload-requiring bug, when I use Guiding Bolt on any of the enemies with "Radiant Retort", it causes an endless damage loop between Shadowheart and the enemy. Deeper in the sanctum, her being hit by one of the enemies (Soulhunter? Unsure) also causes the loop (she was wearing an armor that deals radiant damage if damaged by undead). They both remain at 1 HP taking double digits damage each millisecond.
