It's possible that these already exist in-game, and I simply have not come across them yet, but as in the old days, I would love to have special auto-containers for potions and scrolls. They would function the same as the auto-containers for alchemical ingredients and camp supplies. The caveat would be that, for ease of inspection, the potions or scrolls are first dropped into your primary inventory, and then when you Sort by Type, they would go into the character's auto-containers. (For players who would not like this, simply ditch the container, voila.)
A related suggestion would be a "transfer-all" function that moves all items from one container into another. I was managing my Camp inventory and opened up my auto-container for camp supplies to dump them all into my traveler's chest, but it was quite tedious to do it one by one.
