As title suggests, with latest patch my dragonborn had his gender swaped.
Was wearing the purple clothing doc before the patch.
Male dragonborn body with a vagina (for that cloaca approach)

Post patch, now has a penis and now no one can wear said purple clothing

Oh dear. Have you submitted your savegame to Larian to report the issue? You can use the Report a Bug link along the top of the launcher to take you to the right place on their support site.
