So ever since i came into act 3, when a character drops to 1 hp or dies and get rezed/helped up, i get the instant game over screen with "You've succumbed to the absolute and are now part of Her grand design". see youtube -

Is this a bug or have i activated hard mode cause i put a few tadpols in my mind?anyone know how to fix or should i wait on a patch?

I'm having the exact same issue, and have no idea why it's happening

I'm also having this issue. It seems like a bug as its happening in a completely different location for me. Cant play on at the moment...

Having the exact same problem. Everytime I'm trying to help Lae'zel up after defeating Cazador Szarr the cutscene starts playing. Can't play till it's fixed.

I'm having the same issue and it's quite annoying. I literally have to savescum every two minutes.

If I summon a Deva with Shadowheart and let him revive someone the cutscene doesn't start. it start with the help action or with healing a characters who's 0hp

Same problem, as I start Act 3 there's an automatic fight that wakes us up. Can't get out of it. Then I "Succumb to the ..." and nothing. Load game screen.

Exactly the same thing is happening to my game, waking up in the camp (Act3 I presume), fight happens -> game over before it ends.

The timing also makes it impossible to reach the portal (if that's the solution, nothing indicate that's what I'm supposed to do either, you're attacked by enemies coming from a portal, so you just ignore them and run to where they come from for more??).

Anybody form Larian would bother to reply the thread?
I'm not starting a new game after 70 hours, and I'm not going to try each single quicksave to see which action lead me to this. THANK YOU.
