Hiya,
Just got my first CTD with convert arrow - to explosive - first time I learnt and tried it. It could be caused by the fact that the arrows were in the *other* persons inventory (trying to remove arrows that don't exist ?). Patched to 1.45, otherwise running stable for hours - up to start of act 2.
