I have a consistent bug with Halsin as a companion with one specific fight. After defeating the Kobolds in Rosymorn Monastery, Halsin stops following the group. I've loaded and re-done this fight 3 times, and every single time once the fight is complete he no longer moves with the group, the only way to get hm to move is to make him the lead.
