I think it would be interesting if as your relationship with companions goes up or down, how they would respond to you clicking on them changed too.
Romancing Astarion and clicking over to control his character, and still having him say 'Don't touch me' was kinda funny to me. I think it would be cooler if what they said reflected your relationship to them more.
