During the celebration with the goblins after the grove battle (if you side with them), there are persuasion/deception checks during your "private time" with Minthara. During these checks, I had guidance from Shadowheart available- implying she was nearby spying on us the whole time!
Honestly it makes perfect character sense for Shadowheart to do this: staying in the shadows to keep an eye on a potential threat.
