The other fist's keys (that I've tried so far) have worked, but even though I have Serrick's chest key, it's not opening his chest.

The only workaround i found was to get Karlach to pick up the chest, then drop it back at the camp and lockpick it to open it.

I just attacked it with bludgeoning damage and that worked fine as well. You might not want to do this in your camp though like I did, as the wreckage stays there forever and it's visual clutter.
