Just wondering. Was thinking about eventually playing as a barbarian or monk. Barbarian would make more sense. And run around Baldur's Gate in my underwear. Would anyone react or say anything?

Or is there any type of clothing like Conan wore? Kind of like shorts I guess.

Loincloths. We need loincloths. Leather loincloths, chainmail loincloths ... loincloths.

My second play through as promised is a fully naked raging half orc barbarian and no, no one says anything, even the goblins that were smacked by my swinging mace.

Someone actually already doing a playthrough like this on youtube, naked barbarian in just his underpants and trying to make him look like Conan.

Having said that you can wear armour and still be naked, take off the camp clothes and for controller press Y button on clothes slot. But that also hides underwear and everything else in normal equip slots so use with caution.
