On the off chance that more content may be added to the game in the future, I'd like to make a suggestion.
In Act 1 there's an encounter with Astarion where he asks you to describe to him what he looks like since he can't see his own reflection, perhaps an option could be added to have him sit for a portrait as a gift? (Similar to how we can gift Shadowheart a Night Orchid flower), since there's already an artist you can rescue who later rewards you in Act 3 by painting your portrait, an option to let Astarion sit for the artist instead would fit well with his story arc, and be a nice little option to garner more approval (particularly for those romancing him), it would also finally allow him to see what he looks like after 200 years. Obviously, it would depend on how far Larian would want to take this hypothetical interaction, but maybe the player could dictate to the artist what the portrait should look like (realistic, silly, hideous, etc) for added immersion (and for anyone that wants to mess with him). I bet Astarion's reactions to an ugly or silly portrait would be hilarious, and for players that pick the realistic portrait option a more positive/heartfelt response would be received (with variations based on whether or not you're romancing him).
