I cant access Act 2. Everytime I try to get through the grymforge elevator or the mountain pass I get this error and I seem to be the only one:

First I thaught there was a mandatory quest I had to do. But I finished nearly everything in Act 1 by now and it didnt help. Then I tried to change up my team, I even started killing them at some point. The error seems to be related to my main character. I tried changing up items but that didnt help either.

Things that could be the reason:
I have the enemy of justice debuff, nothing else.
I also revived a companion with Glut, which ended up fighting on my side against Glut. I cant find that thing anymore, but it isnt on my sidebar either. idk..

Ive read that this error occured for some people in act 3 and the fix was something with karlach and a prison but I dont have that option in act 1.

I really hope someone can help me, because I´m really invested at this point and dont want to start a new campaign.

I'm about 3 hours from previous save - I'm actually trying to get to Act 3 - leaving MRT, having completed everything there. I was hoping the latest patch would've fixed - it didn't.

Laezel seems to be the one bugged, holding back my entire party.
I can't do the re-arrest fix, because all the bad guys are dead, and the MRT survivors just wanna fight if I steal from them. The Village is deserted, so no one to re-arrest me.

Larian plz fix this.

This may or may not help, but in my case it was because the game thought a member of my party was in the middle of doing a dice roll (in my case, a lockpicking check that I'd abandoned). Getting them to retry the check resolved it.

If I'm right about why that worked, you could try finding a lock that you haven't picked or a trap you haven't disarmed and systematically getting each party member to try it.
