Gale's Fire Bolt attack shows that he has +3 INT modifier and +2 Proficiency, and his dice roll (as shown in the combat log) uses these correctly as shown in the picture below. But when Shadowheart casts the same attack, even though the detail screen shows that she has +3 WIS and 2+ Proficiency, the dice roll only shows that +2 Proficiency was used. Why wasn't her +3 WIS used?

I think its because Fire Bolt an intelligence based spell, so Gale's +3 from intelligence applies to the roll, whereas Shadowhearts +3 is in wisdom, so therefore doesn't apply

If that's the case, then I hope the upcoming patches will improve this part of the UI and make this kind of info clearer. And I don't know how this is supposed to be changed. Should "+3 from Wisdom" not show at all on that screen, or should it show (somewhere) that only INT modifier will apply? One thing for sure is that the UI needs to make clear what school each spell belongs to. As I recall, the UI in DOS 1 & 2 makes it a lot easier to look up such info.
