But you can say to him, that he should have power over the Karsus magic and he would probably say - Yes you are right.
So It depends what you want to say to him and what you want to imagine what can be

Disclaimer - I've only seen the Mystra interactions on youtube and I don't have Gale in my party but it seems the game has introduced a third weave. Which is pretty interesting - it makes sense that Karsus' folly would form a new, corrupt weave. And Mystra seems like the best entity to control the crown - she would best know how to destroy it. You wouldn't want a product of a corrupted weave to be out there in the world . . .

The only deity that could possibly be better would be AO but AO had the tablets of fate stolen from him so it's not like his vault is impenetrable.

Mistra, changes radically depending on what adventure Elminster is having this week, so idk. Probably the lore impact would be she'd eventually give it o him and he'd have a wacky adventure with it? maybe involving time travel back to the time it was made and it turning up Elmy was the one who brough Netheril down or something? have they done that yet? I gave up with his series a long time ago.
