Vulcan messed with my 1700 dollar monitor to the point where I almost threw it out. The monitor Is a LG 38gn950-b

This bug is so specifically weird, and I have no idea what's going on but let me explain the issue. When I started the game in Vulcan several errors with my monitor occurred:

-The errors only happen when I run this game in Vulcan and does not appear in other games run in Vulcan.

-The errors will persist until I pull the power plug from the monitor. A PC reboot won't do the trick.

-The errors come back if I run the game in Vulcan again with a 100% success rate.

The errors are as follows:

-Severely ghosting to the point where it's almost unplayable. Not only in BG3 but all games.

-The power and sound button on my monitor cease to function. They don't respond to being pressed.

-The monitor won't shut down when I turn my PC off. It just stays on with the last picture until I pull the powerplug. Normally it will say “No signal, shutting down”.

-The LG OnScreen Control App which lets me control the monitor settings suddenly lacks the screen setting option which let me control settings...

I have no idea if the problem is with Vulcan, my monitor or the game. I just want to get this online in case others have a similarly problem or maybe someone have an idea to why this is happening.

Those are all problems with the display's firmware. It literally should not matter what graphics API is used as it has nothing to do with the display. Blame LG, not BG3 or Vulkan.
