Its always on now even while not threatened, but only for cantrips, other spells can be cast normally.

Also its never been toggleable, even though the description says it should be.

And nvm, re equipping the gloves fixed it.

Can't unequip and equip in a battle without wasting a turn, though.
This needs to be fixed or these gloves are as useful as dunking your hands in a pile of crap.
