Finally got call lightning as a Druid and was excited to start blasting enemies while wildshaped into a bear. No go.
This is a FUNDAMENTAL ability as a Druid. I should be able to cast call lightning, wildshape into a bear, and blast with lightning while biting things. Is this a bug, or a bad feature? I can move flaming sphere around while wildshaped, why cant I activate call lightning?
