EDITED TITLE TO REFLECT ADDITIONAL TROUBLESHOOTING DETAILED IN SUBSEQUENT POSTS ---- While in the Shattered Sanctum, Lae'zel got insta-killed when she lost a save to Hold Person and got shoved into the pit just in front of the Drow leader, Minthara.
After using a Scroll of Revivify on her, Lae'zel is no longer able to jump when I use UP on the controller (i.e. by pressing UP on the D-pad, then A to confirm). Instead, she simply enters the jump animation, but no matter how much I spam "A" she never leaps. Meanwhile, I can still make all the other characters jump with this input.
Interestingly, Lae'zel will still jump to follow other characters if needed, and she can still be made to jump by using the M&K controls or via the radial menu.

Restarting the game, rebooting, removing and re-adding her to the party were all unhelpful.
What DID fix it, however, was performing a Verify Files from my Steam library. (Hopefully this will help someone else should this not be an isolated incident.)
Correction: While I was able to jump normally immediately after verifying files, upon zoning to another area, Lae'zel is once again unable to jump using the normal D-Pad UP control. >.>
After doing more trouble-shooting, I went back to a save file from before Lae'zel's untimely demise and noticed that she was still having trouble jumping in combat, this time when using my M&K hotkey (bound to the down-arrow since I mouse left-handed). That was when I noticed the particular jump action the hotkey was defaulting to was orange instead of blue.
I'll have to double-check the behavior with a controller later, but it looks like the issue here is that the Jump hotkey isn't "smart" enough to select the appropriate jump action for the currently available actions. If that can't be improved upon, then the best course of action would be to ensure the Jump hotkey remains associated with the default action, and/or to reengineer how these gloves actually work.
Yep, just tested with my controller, and after removing Fleetfingers, Lae'zel can just normally again using D-Pad UP. This is really unfortunate though since I was kind of building her kit around lots of mobility and effects that trigger on jump and movement.
