During the hag fight, I doused the flames with water but at some point during the fight, Mayrina wound up dead outside the cage? (Cage was still hanging there closed) - Am I missing out on anything huge if I just roll with it or should I start the fight over? I also wound up killing the hag and didn't get a chance to speak to her or spare her

You can save her a little more easily.
Stealth one character in and lower the cage, freeing the girl, before fighting the hag.
