Cazador. Astarion was in the team that killed him.
When I did the long rest after, I went to talk to Astarion. Told him Cazador was dead. He reacted as if he wasnt there, complained that I stopped him from doing the ritual and didnt know what I had done with the thralls.

Another case of mislabled dialogues happens if you let Astarion
ascend and then side with the Gur to kill Astarion - afterwards if you speak to the Gur, they all comment about how disturbing it is that thousands of vampire spawns are still trapped there, although Astarion's ascension has wiped them all out.
