So I finally finished my first playthrough (only took 97 hours) but I think something went weird with the credits; they were rolling fine for a while but then maybe I pressed something because I ended up just staring at my immobile character trapped in the room of an inn with a four-poster bed and a painting titled "River Goes". No idea what was supposed to be happening?

Fortunately people have shared the post-credits scene on YouTube, or I wouldn't have seen it. Such an important scene as well!
Don't suppose there's anything else I've missed? I got some brief goodbyes with characters before the credits rolled but that was it, I was hoping I'd get control of my character again to speak to more people about what happened, I really do prefer the "victory lap" RPG trope ending rather than a few fixed scenes then credits.
