how can i combine charms with a charmable item?

Click on an equipped item with a charm quality, if necessary move the charm window that opens so it is not overlapping the inventory window, then drag and drop charms into the charm window slots to permanently add them to the equipment.

Your handwritten copy will be faster because you will not have to go to desk top to view it, unless you have two PCs that you use.

@Goldy, I printed Raze's chart out so I've got it right in front of me. (The amazing wonders of modern technology). No need to switch back and forth from game to desktop or puter to puter.
