Larian, would it be possible to make people ignore pets like elementals? If I spend a high level spell slot to summon my elemental, it's really disruptive to have every npc we come across from commoners to friendly harpers run in terror and start yelling insults at me. I mean, I save the world by killing a Big Bad Boss, come back, and all the allied SOLDIERS in the place are cursing me and running away because of my big scary elemental. It'd be much better if they, you know, ignored it.

it makes sense when you have ghouls or something running behind you, in a town but when during a combat situation your allies are fleeing your summons seconds before the fight with villains starts it's just weird and unhelpful

Minthara is the best character and she NEEDS to be recruitable if you side with the grove!
Also- I support the important thread in the suggestions: Let everyone in the Party Speak

Just like DOS2 it seems.

It just reminded me of the bowl of goat's milk that old Winthrop used to put outside his door every evening for the dust demons. He said the dust demons could never resist goat's milk, and that they would always drink themselves into a stupor and then be too tired to enter his room..

Also happens if you have a shapechanged druid. Very annoying that Jaheira terrifies everyone at the last night inn while shes a dinosaur.

+1 This is a game mechanic carried over from divinity that has no place in this game.

It's just annoying.

Picking up 'red tagged' items to be jumped into a closeup of some character you had no idea was there asking you to bribe them or go to prison is also really bad.

Turn these 'features' off!!

What, you want theft to just be allowed?
Yeah, no.
You were stealing. You got caught stealing. There should be a consequence.
Don't get caught next time.

npcs reacting to an elemental is pretty understandable.
But playing as beastmaster ranger, this interaction sure gets annoying.
Must everyone panic just because my dog wolf spider that is literally a "regular" pet and part of my class is following me around...

I do think though that binding pickup to the same interaction as go, is not the best of designs though.

That said, I didn't run into the issue of stealing something by accident in BG3, while it happened quite often in D:OS2. I do often interact with an object that isn't visible (like a ladder hiding "behind" the camera)
