I have it in inventory on my thief, at first he was cursed so i removed curse spell on him, now it gives him +20 hp labeled Tharchiate Vigour (obviously dev didn't have spell check running there's no U in Vigor)... "lasts until long rest" yet I've long rested 3 or 4 times now and the +20 buff is still active...
Now I'm not complaining, but I think it's bugged.
