If you choose to be a chad and fight Gortash at his coronation and survive (like me and my friend did), it will immediately destroy the Steel Watch Foundry, and the NPCs related to getting to the Iron Throne. This also breaks the quest with the Umberlee people as you can never get revenge because of the foundry being gone and the iron throne being inaccessible.
