This may well have been posted already, though I did search the forums a little first and didn't see it.

Sometimes my sneak attacks offer the following explanation for being unavailable, even when I'm fairly certain I have advantage against the target (ie. it's under Faerie Fire, as well as threatened by another attacker), and still have my action available for that round:

'Not enough resources: %%% EMPTY'

This text itself looks like a bug. I see people talking about it a little on Reddit, seems they're also having occasional sneak attack issues, or sometimes with pickpocketing.

I've seen similar issues with the shield spell reaction not being available despite having spell slots for it.
