Just hold down Windows Key + CTRL + SHIFT + B - this clears your GPU memory and should improve performance if you have been playing for a long time.

EDIT: You will hear a Beep and your monitors will go black for a second.

It resets buffers and restarts drivers but I'm not sure how it would improve performance. It's purpose is to unstick things that have become stuck.

GPU performance slowdown is due to memory leaks because resources that have been allocated have not been returned. Using the above would clear those, freeing up the GPU memory.

I have tested it and it has a significant effect on improving performance.

I have noticed the game starts to run pretty rough towards the end of long play sessions, which would indicate a memory leak.

I'll have to try this tip out!

I've noticed the same thing. After a while, I notice I start to get some stuttering. Will try this out, as well. Thank you for the tip.

I haven't tried this yet, but really, £1050 for a GPU with just 12 Gb Vram, wth were / are Nvidia smoking?

Zero competition from AMD is seriously bad for prices, and I'm wasting money on a 4000 series card because next year it will be obsolete. Waiting for a 5090, stuck with a 3080 Ti until then, and because I play at 4K now even that is a steaming pile of useless.

I still haven't played Cyberpunk, Witcher 3 RTX update and a bunch of other RTX titles I bought on sale because lol, 20 FPS dips at 4K on a £1050 GPU lol.

I think that amount of money for UK is not an issue and more like peanuts if you have any job there.
if 3080 Ti is 20 FPS on 4k - try to adjust your graphics settings , perhaps everything is set to Ultra and enabled , and maybe try take not the latest drivers , as NV 30 model are no longer supported. Right ?
