MASSIVE SPOILERS, you have been warned.

I've not tried this in game because I failed to retrieve the Noblestalk mushroom but is it true that
It removes Shadowheart's Sharran wound? I see that mentioned on the wiki and in a few articles about it as well...seems huge if true. Healing that would change a lot of stuff about Shadowheart's story...it would remove Shar's ability to torture her, and Shar does torture her a lot, especially if you go down the redemption path, and that wound plays a massive role in the final choice Shar forces Shadowheart into making if you go down that pat.

For those that don't know here's what Noblestalk is:
Noblestalk is a unique mushroom you can get from a quest in the underdark, but it is very difficult to retrieve without it getting destroyed because there are a lot of proximity explosives nearby and if they blow the mushroom is gone. It has massive healing and unique memory restoration properties and can be used by a few characters including the Dark Urge and Shadowheart to remember some of their past. You could use it as a one time item in combat to fully heal a character though that seems like a waste when the story effect is much more meaningful. I don't know if it is true that it heals Shadowheart's wound but I mean...if true it would make it a MUST have high priority item for every single playthrough of BG3 because even if you want to play evil you still can't let Shar demand of Shadowheart to break up with you and in the long term, at some point past the ending of the game Shar would almost certainly remove all her memories of you and potentially even ask that she kills you. Shar is too much of a liability to be allowed. If she just minded her evil business without sticking her nose in my party so much I might even have been willing to be her ally and further her goals but not like this.

It is in the title of the thread that it is a "Question"...which is the first thing I ask after the spoiler warning. Read more carefully what the topic is before you are surprised.

If it were me I wouldn't want to find out on a forum like this, but if you really want to know what happens
The Noblestalk doesn't cure her wound, but it restore some of her memories which probably adds some points to a decison she'll make later on

I know that part, I just didn't know if the other bit from the wiki was correct...probably too much to hope for. That might have been accurate in early access then or something I'm not sure. But the main reason I asked on the forum was because I didn't know if I wanted to save-scum for something that might not even be true on future playthroughs.

If there's a secret path to curing her wound without losing anything later on, I haven't discovered or heard anything
