I got this game the other day and its great, but i wonder is there a shop to buy potions in Aleroth before I go into the catacombs. I am a warrior but get overwhelmed by skeletons due to lack of stamina and health. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wave.gif" alt="" />

you can but potions and the like from Goemoe the lizard and from Lanilor.P.S. have a good look around the town before you do any Quests that might be a bit above your station you might have to build up some more Xp yet. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

try to kill all the rabbits etc in town, they give good starters exp also.

+ while you're fighting downthere you'll get potions and items, dropped by your foes.
The items you don't need you can sell to buy potions.

It's a bit of legwork, but you can run back upstairs and sleep in the bed at the healers house you woke up in too. If you don't have much money this is a 'life saver'. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

don't forget the pigs <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

Kill the rabbits, take the meat, and eat that for health.

There's a small dungeon somewhere in Aleroth with a ghoul or similar monster hiding in it.. kill it for a big experience bonus...

Do you mean Zombie Jake? He is a bitch to kill before completing the catacombs, even with a bow. I think he's quite easy with Meteor Strike though.

There is a key in the graveyard. It opens the house nearest to the graveyard. In the house there is a trapdoor leading to the cellar. Zombie Jake rests in a small room down here.
