Pretty much the title. I have an issue on the character sheet when I pick the second ring (and see the arrow behind it) and choose a ring from the menu, it changes the first one instead
I have also encountered this. The workaround is to equip whatever ring you want to remove in the first slot, then equip the one you want to exchange in. Not a major issue, but it is annoying.
