Minor spoilers ahead so read at your own peril

In Act 2 there is a boss that uses a bunch of medical tools as part of his fight. These weapons can be found around the arena and special variants of them are carried on the enemies that aid him during the fight. All of these weapons have an ability that's flagged for use for the doctor specifically, which shouldn't be visible on the weapon info and appears to be a bug. Players thankfully can't use the ability, but whatever flags are on the weapons that prevent players from using this boss-specific ability also locks them out of being able to use the other abilities like lacerate or piercing strike which are intended to be accessible to the player.

Not only this, but the four special variants carried by those enemies come with an additional ability that is unique to each weapon. These abilities aren't present on the mundane versions of these weapons found around the area, nor are they the same abilities the boss uses, which leads me to believe they are intended for players to use but suffer the same bug that prevents lacerate/piercing strike from being present on the action bar.

Hopefully this can be patched because these unique weapons look as though they're intended to be the reward for winning the fight, and it sucks that they're bugged right now.

Do yu Mean the Weapons that his Nurses Use ?
if So they are cool and All but yu can Find Better Ones bro.. trust me.
for me the only Usefull thing he can drop for yu its the Necklace..
that works reaally well if yu know how to build around..

Just at the Beggining of Act 3 yu will be able to Get one of the Best Daggers in the Game..
its a Secret inside a Quest.. but yu can have it right from the start.
(the blade of Paralises something like that..)

another Pretty Strong yu will have to Take Down Orin to Get.. but she has the other amazing Dagger in act 3
(and if yu Make a Sussu Tree Dagger in act 1 that thing can carry yu Pretty far in act 2 without even need another one.)
the Crech in act 1 drop some Short swords pretty good too. for dual wield.

Major Spoiler act 2 be Carefull.
Theres even a Dagger inside the Hidden Shrine of Shar.. but i beleave to Get it without the place blowing up on your Head yu have to perform all rituals.

Yes, they are the weapons I'm talking about.

Not looking to debate the merits of other alternatives, it's not really on topic or a proper fix, I'm just reporting the fact this is a bug.
