- Chapter 4: Epilogue and Ending Slides detailing the outcomes of our choices.
- Make Upper City and Avernus into playable areas. Both are mentioned quite a lot and from the looks of it they both were planned at one point.
- Flesh out Karlach more. Let us fix Karlach's heart. Possible methods: Let Astarion turn her into a vampire. Let her make a deal with Mizora or Raphael. Let her live in the House of Hope. Add more Blacksmith quests to fix her heart. Make her into an undead using Mystic Carrion? Give Karlach more things to use Soul Coins and Infernal Iron on.
- Keeping the Githanki egg should tie into the romance ending for Lae'zel. Show us an ending slide of us raising the child together.
- After defeating Raphael, allow us to take over House of Hope as our permanent camp. Also give us the ability to decorate it using items found in the world.
- Global map for fast travel and don't lock us out of old areas.
- The Daisy storyline was better than Guardian story and should be added back.
- Flesh out Minthara. Give Minthara her pregnancy storyline back.
- Finish Mol's storyline.
- Finish The Hags storyline. Won't she just come back to life again? Why can't I help Mayrina cure her husband? What happens to Vanra?
- Dame, Orin, Sazza, Alfira, Abdirak and Nere should be companions.
- Let us invite more NPCs and animals to stay at our camp. Araj (Potions), Mol (Fenced Goods), Dammon (Blacksmith), Exxvikyap (General Goods), Zethino, Ellyka, Us, Lump, Quasit, Malta, Squire, Blue Jay, His Majesty and Steelclaw.
- More romantic dates similar to the Karlach one.
- Let us have a harem ending.
- Consequences for using tadpoles.
- More mega bosses. Add the Orin dragon fight.
- Let us become vampires and werewolves.
- Better inventory management and more sorting filters. Color coded bags or separate inventory tabs.
- Crafting. Make all those trash items useful.
- Endless Dungeon.
- Gladiator style Arena.
- Increase the level cap.
- Allow party members to switch during dialog.
- Improve the stealth system and pickpocket.
- Extreme Tactician, Ironman, Solo and New Game+ modes.
- A graveyard for dead companions and camp NPCs.
- A mirror at camp to change and dye your hair.
- Party formations for travel and battle.
- Fix non-lethal attacks. Quests flag a lot of npcs as dead when you knock them out.
- Show Companion Approval in Dialogue History.
- Add a clock icon next to timed quests in the journal.
- Add icons next to dialogue choices to show tone.
- Add icons to books to show which ones have been read before.
- The option to Roll for stats during character creation.
- The option to select a sexual preference in character creation.
- The option to disable all romance when starting a fresh game.
- The option to turn off all blood & gore.
- Advanced Photomode. Perhaps Nvidia Ansel.

okay, so I will do this one at a time. I am likely going to lose track and the numbering is going to get skewed.

+1 (lots of ways to fix her in-game, and lots of clver ways to get around those, trying to use ressurection magic could... turn her into a soul coin for example, then you gotta figure out how to get her out of the coin... then you have a potential long term reward for not using soul coins)

+1 to all of these, I want to see Us learn to get along with Scratch and the owlbear cub... so damn bad. Shovel existing at camp would be fun to, especially for necromancer players.

+1 them removing consequences for using them was likely because they didnt want to deprive players of the gameplay mechanics of using tadpole powers, which... I really get it from a development perspective, but the story suffers because of it. Take it from the fans, this was a decision that you all made that was a sound business decision, but ultimately violated your artistic integrity on some level, thankfully you as a company larian have plenty to spare... The best way to bring back consequences, is to add long-term rewards from abstaining from tadpole usage... In bioshock, you gain more Adam in the short run if you destroy the little sisters, but in the long run get more and get more rewards, by curing them... you sacrifice a short term boost for long term gameplay benefits... perhaps in this instance, you build up mental defenses against mind flayers, or even antibodies to tadpoles, or some ability to control tadpoles and dominate them... also wasnt there an intellect devourer form for druids in EA? thats way cooler than displacer beast... displacer beast makes no sense as a mind flayer form. Point is, there is a way for Larian to get what they want, and whats best for the story

I'm sure it is already a known issue but it just happened to me again at a critical moment for me, but the bug where you only get "Continue" as a dialogue choice instead of the actual line of text but the character reacts as if you said the first option that you could not even read is a big problem. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Not a bad list! I totally agree with an epilogue, im also a fan of dates with your romance option. Photomode for sure!
