Is Horrific Visage still in game? If not, then are there any magic items that can enable a sorcerer to regain sorcery points more frequently than once per LR?

You get it as a class skill, you can spend spell slots for more sorcery points and vice versa.

And there are items that allow you to recover spell slots... which can then be turned into sorcery points.

That’s helpful. May I ask what are the names of some of the items you reference?

Gosh, I can't think of the names right now. There are a couple of amulets (i think one is called the pearl of power, i recognize them more by look than name now), and I suppose there are also all the arcane elixirs which I suppose would work. Hmm. Those might work really well. I haven't tried yet, but they give an extra spell slot of a certain level, depending on the strength of the arcane elixir.
