Speak with sergant Thrinn and stay close to Thrinn.
Step2
Go to the camp to get the gun powder to blow up the stones
Step3
Leave the camp.
Nere is dead without any fight and conversation.
All other are disapered.
The way is free.

Sounds like you took "too long" and someone got blown up.

While in the camp, did you take a little nap perhaps?

I finished the tolk with sergant Thrinn and i went to my comp to get the barrol to blow up the stone wall.
When i am back, the wall is done.
I did not a nap.

I can reproduse the error with a save game.

Going to camp counts as leaving the area, even if you do not sleep. You should be able to do so once, but not twice.

Going to camp is what advances the timer, not taking a long rest. I found that out when I went to camp, got a warning, then left camp without resting.
