Let us have more tail options for tiefling, including no tails... Lore-wise im sure plenty of tieflings docked their tails to feel more human.
Let us remove the Sclales from Githyanki, the large black spots are supposed to be scales... and them overlapping with Dragon Ancestor scales, scars, or facepaint can be annoying.
I just want an option to remove them, we have seen Githyanki in the game without them, so... why not let us remove them as palyers?
