A couple things left out in the full release, that in my opinion should have been included.

Cleric Death Domain: Hello???? Clerics of Kelemvor???
Strong / Buff body Githyanki: Lae'zel should have been this body type I believe.
Clothing Appearance option: Once you find a clothing / armor style, you can apply it to new items.

1. Yeah this feels like an easy and obvious inclusion. Although if I remember correctly, death domain is specifically about undeath and such, and is the domain of evil death deities, so Kelemvor clerics wouldn't have such a domain.

According to lore, all Githyanki are just really thin and emaciated-looking, it's their biology either because of their mutation by mindflayers or their time living on the Astral sea having changed them as a species. So they simply don't get buff. (Neither should elves, based on lore but eh.)

This would be a great inclusion as well, I'd like it.

While Kelemvor has the death portfolio (and thus the death domain), I highly doubt he'll allow his clerics to raise undead under any circumstances. So having the death domain available would do very little for players, the grave domain from Xanathar's would be more appropriate.

As for Githyanki... like Gray Ghost already said the strong body type wouldn't be lore appropriate for them.

Clothing/armor appearance option will hopefully get patched in, we really need that (for weapons as well)

It is also concerned with Gods of Death, and is an option for clerics (DM permitting - 5e - page 96)

Clerics of Kelemvor could also be denied raising / animating undead ... they already include / exclude spells for sub-classes like Paladins.

As for Githyanki .. I'd play one if I could get him buffed (being short IRL, I have a hang-up about women taller than me, Karlach for example LOL)

I still think grave domain would be the better fit, considering Kelemvor does have it (according to the FR wiki) along with the death domain. As it currently stands, none of the domains available in BG 3 really fit him. Outside of mods I doubt anything will be done about it.

I know there's a mod that adds death domain though if you really want it, maybe that's an option for you?

I've been trying to avoid Mods on the first play-through ... (I tend to make my characters and followers mini-gods with them LOL) But, perhaps next time through
