I got a terrible bug, but thought about asking here before sending a ticket. Maybe it's a common issue and people already know ho to solve it.

Description:

I clicked f8 to load a savegame and the game crashed. Had happened before a couple of times without any further problem. OK, just started the game again... But to my surprised I had to sign the agreement again as if I was a new player, and all the saved games had disappeared. I can't load any and the "load" button is greyed out.

As we can see in the image bellow all the saved games are there where they should be. It must be trying to load the "debug Client Profile" player, which didn't exist before, instead of loading the correct "Public" player.



Any ideas of how to solve it?

Solved it by copying and pasting all the save files inside of the "Debug" folder. Still annoying that that had to be done...

BTW the "Public" profile can't be accessed from the game client.

Interestingly enough the new profile just ceased being recognized and the old one just came back, out of nowhere. So I just had to copy all the new saves from the new (and deceased) "Debug" profile and copy into the old "Public" folder.
