Is there a way to go back to the mainland after you port to the wastelands(after you bring the council of 7 together)? There's a bunch of quests I didn't do =(
However, the quest log gets reset when you enter the wastelands, so this may or may not help (depending on if this is just a cosmetic adjustment or not). If you have a save before the blessing ritual you could reload that.
i dont know that it will work (im not there yet) but cant u let 1 of the transporting piramides behind and use the other 1 if ur in the wastelands???
that i realy want to know

If you leave a teleporter stone behind, an ancient pyramid will be placed in a relatively hidden spot near the start of the wastelands. If you use the one in your inventory, you will just be teleported within the wastelands.
Dam that realy s*cks hmm the wastelands are probaly not with villages and stuff and i like that (talking to people and getting quests) if i reach the wastelands im going to miss the old places then that was all for nothing because u cant return later
