Temple of Bhaal door won't open even though Orin is "waiting" for me.

Have killed Sarevok and have his Golden Key, whatever that is supposed to open.

Quest marker for "look for a way into the temple" at Sarevok's crypt is stil active but there's nothing there.

I agreed to kill Gortash for Orin and then go duel her. So why's the door locked in the first place? Whatever changed that plan, the journal doesn't keep up.

The "Investigate the Murders" quest line glitched out earlier in act 3. The murderer never appeared near the two victims who were unresponsive on the ground. I could talk to both of them and the scene would show them standing during dialogue before having them on the ground again after talking. With no murderer to confront, I could not get the password to open the secret door (which I found). At the time, it seemed to be the dead end to the side quest. It now shows as complete in my journal, but I never got into the murder tribunal and apparently that is where I get the amulet to open this stupid door.

I've killed Gortash.

I passed the Farseer test and the invisible archers (which was quite frustrating).

I disarmed what seemed like 100 traps to get to the bottom of the Temple of Bhaal.

When I reach the docks with the rats (where I suppose the Netherbrain is), I hear the Emperor telling me to turn back and get the third stone before proceeding.

Orin says she want to meet me now that I have two of the three netherstones; but she is hiding behind a door which is apparently impossible for me to open at this point in the game due to an early glitched out quest!!!

Amulet of Bhaal is the item required to open the temple.

If you kill Sarevok, you will loot it from his body.

If you pass the trail, you should receive it too.
