I must go underground, but two doors are closed?
This is in the labrary.
How to open these doors and is that the way underground?

one other question is a witch we meet at the intrance to fight about my vriend, must go to her crypt, but where is that?

Library => the doors are closed until you fulfill the "smelling lava" quest one librarian has given you. After you have done this - you can visit the head librarian in the closed north room and get a key for the south room.
